INDIVIDUAL  TRAVEL  CONDITIONS

INFORMATION.

 ■ Contact by email or phone in any direction of HASSEN.

 ■ For the preparation of the budget, provide the following information:

       1. Country of residence from which to begin the trip.

       2. Available dates for the trip.

       3. Places you want to visit.

       4. Number of people.

 ■ Once collected all the information provided and defined all the detail, in successive consultations with the client, we make the corresponding budget.

 INSCRIPTION.

 ■ If the client is satisfied with the budget and decide to enroll in it, it shall notify HASSEN by email (info@hassentour.com), and will take a deposit of 30% of the total amount of travel. Be issued the corresponding receipt, which also specify the amount anticipated, the requested trip. No reservation is considered firm until the deposit is delivered and signed the preliminary contract.

PRELIMINARY CONTRACT

■ The deadline for signing the preliminary contract with the General Conditions (View Folder GENERAL CONDITIONS), is 20 days before the date of arrival in Ethiopia.

CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT OF TOTAL AMOUNT.

■ On arrival in Ethiopia, on the Offices of Hassen Tour, he shall then sign the contract and payment the remaining amount of the trip.

 NUMBER OF PEOPLE.

 ■ The minimum number of people for this type of travel, is two.
