 4. Number of people who hire the trip.

 ■ With these data let you know if the dates requested have a trip in progress, or start with your application and provide the technical data which shows the details of it.

 REGISTRATION.

 ■ If the client is accordance with the data provided and decide to enroll in it, it shall notify HASSEN by email  (info@hassentour.com), and deposit 30% of the total amount of travel. Be issued a receipt which specify, besides the amount advanced by the client, the requested trip. No reservation is considered firm until the deposit is delivered and signed the preliminary contract

PRELIMINARY CONTRACT

■ The deadline for signing the preliminary contract with the General Conditions (View Folder GENERAL CONDITIONS), is 20 days before the date of arrival in Ethiopia.

CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT OF TOTAL AMOUNT.

■ On arrival in Ethiopia, on the Offices of Hassen Tour, he shall then sign the contract and payment the remaining amount of the trip.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE.

 ■ The minimum and maximum number of people for this kind of travel is specified in each route.
