VISA

The visa is done in the Addis Ababa airport (cost $ 20), a passport valid for at least 6 months. View formalities necessary for other than Spanish nationality.

THE WEATHER

In northern Ethiopia the rainy season is from June to late August. In the south the rainy season is April and May. Due to climate change, the data provided may vary depending on the year.

DAY 1:

Arrival at Addis Ababa and city tour. Night in hotel

DAY 2:

Drive to the Bale Mountains National Park. Night in hotel at Goba.,

DAY 3:

Whipped in vehicle and tracking the area to search and contemplation of the endemic mammals and numerous species of birds, of Bale Mountains National Park. Then visit the plateau Sanet, and the forest, Harrena. Night in hotel at Goba.

DAY 4:

Visit Sof Omar cave. Night in hotel at Goba.

DAY 5:

Drive back to Addis Ababa. We will have time to buy gifts and souvenirs from Ethiopia. Night in the hotel.

These routes to the east and southeast allow us to contact the culture of different Tribes and Ethnic Groups in Eastern Ethiopia and admire the natural beauty of the Rift Valley with its beautiful lakes. Ziway Lake, Lake Abiyata, Lake Shala, Lake Langano, Lake Awassa, Lake Chamo and Lake Abaya, on whose shores is Nech Sar National Park.

During the tour, visit important historical cities such as Harar, the fourth Muslim sacred city (together with Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem) and known for its walls, which were built in the fifteenth century by Harari (Adare Tribe) to be protected from the repeated invasions of other tribes around.

We will go in the Danakil desert, the warmest part of the world, land of black mountains and salt formations, such as the Dallol, we move accompanied by the slow rhythm of the camel caravans loaded with salt. We may also know, churches, carved into the rock of Tigray.
